Lower Blepharoplasty Surgery involves rejuvenation of the lower eyelid and cheek region often involving a combination of fat sculpting and repositioning and excess skin removal and/or resurfacing. BEFORE Lower Blepharoplasty Dr. Mancini approaches lower blepharoplasty on an individualized patient basis. Fat sculpting and repositioning are performed with a small hidden incision on the back surface of the eyelid and is often combined with small amounts of skin removal with a small incision camouflaged below the lower eyelid lash line. Resurfacing of the thin eyelid skin with laser or chemical peeling can be performed simultaneously if needed to improve the skin quality. Brow Lift Surgery involves elevation and contouring of the brows in a natural way and can be performed in a variety of ways depending on the patient’s individual needs including endoscopically or via an upper blepharoplasty approach. BEFORE Brow Lift Dr. Mancini approaches brow lifting on an individualized patient basis with the goal being natural rejuvenation while avoiding a “surprised look.” Dr. Mancini has pioneered his “Tuck and Rise” procedure which allows brow rejuvenation via a blepharoplasty incision without need for other incisions.
