Surgery involves elevation and contouring of the brows in a natural way and can be performed in a variety of ways depending on the patient’s individual needs including endoscopically or via an upper blepharoplasty approach.

Dr. Mancini approaches brow lifting on an individualized patient basis with the goal being natural rejuvenation while avoiding a “surprised look.” Dr. Mancini has pioneered his “Tuck and Rise” procedure which allows brow rejuvenation via a blepharoplasty incision without need for other incisions. He has published his technique and lectured around the world teaching this technique to other surgeons. Endoscopic brow lifting can achieve further lift and contouring in a subset of patients requiring more extensive brow rejuvenation with incisions hidden behind the hairline.
