Patient Summary
At 50, this patient sought to address upper and lower eyelid heaviness and eyelid drooping that contributed to a tired and aged appearance. He underwent upper and lower blepharoplasty, combined with ptosis repair, to improve both eyelid contour and eyelid position. The result is a more alert, balanced appearance with improved symmetry—while maintaining his natural expression.
