The “Tuck and Rise” Brow Lift Technique
Functional & Aesthetic Benefits
Dr. Ronald Mancini developed the “Tuck and Rise” technique, a surgical enhancement of traditional internal brow pexy used to elevate the brow and improve upper eyelid aesthetics.
The method incorporates partial orbicularis muscle resection, allowing surgeons to achieve greater brow elevation while maintaining natural facial movement.
The technique was described in:
Armstrong, Blair K. M.D.; Sobti, Deepak M.D.; Mancini, Ronald M.D., F.A.C.S.. Partial Orbicularis Resection for the Augmentation of Traditional Internal Brow Pexy: The “Tuck and Rise”. Who Should Consider Brow Lift Surgery?
Patients experiencing low or heavy brows, upper eyelid hooding, or facial aging around the eyes may benefit from brow lift surgery. Advanced techniques like the “Tuck and Rise” allow surgeons to achieve natural and long-lasting rejuvenation.
